Where and how do we provide consultations?
- In person – at our modern clinics in Warsaw: Białołęka (ul. Modlińska 310/312) and Ochota (ul. Niemcewicza 19/U5).
- Online or by phone – through teleconsultation with an English-speaking doctor.
What can you expect during the consultation?
- Medical interview and symptom assessment,
- Prescription (e-prescription), if needed,
- Medical leave certificate (e-ZLA),
- Referral to specialist or diagnostic tests (e-skierowanie),
- Advice on treatment, prevention, and health management.

What to bring with you?
- Photo ID – required for NFZ consultations,

- PESEL number (if available) – helps us access your health data.
